MOQ starts from 300 pcs per model for standard series. For custom shape, color, or logo products, MOQ is 500–1,000 pcs depending on complexity.
Do you support OEM and private label?
Yes. We support full OEM and private label, including custom packaging, CE/ETL documentation under your brand, and custom filament shapes or glass colors.
What certifications do your products carry?
CE (LVD+EMC+RoHS), ETL (US/CA), UKCA (UK), SAA (AU/NZ), and PSE (Japan). All certificates are transferable for OEM projects.
How long does sampling take?
