Common Buyer Questions
What is the difference between T6, T8, and T10?
The number refers to the tube diameter in eighths of an inch: T6 = 19mm, T8 = 25mm, T10 = 32mm. In practice, T6 and T8 fit narrow candelabra sockets (E12), while T10 uses a standard E26 medium base and is suited to longer, more prominent fixtures. T10 is the most requested tubular format in US vanity and industrial pendant applications.
Are the long T10 models truly shadow-free?
Yes — the 185mm, 225mm, and 300mm T10 models use a repositioned driver that avoids casting a shadow stripe along the tube. This was developed specifically in response to feedback from US fixture brands. It is one of the main reasons these models are reordered by premium buyers.
Which dimmers are compatible?
Standard US phase-cut (TRIAC) dimmers. Tested with Lutron Diva and Maestro series, and Leviton Decora. Minimum load requirements apply per circuit. For commercial spec projects, request the dimmer compatibility report before finalising fixture selection.
What is the MOQ and how long does sampling take?
Standard MOQ is 500 pcs per item. Samples available in 5–15 working days. Custom length or finish projects require 2,000 pcs minimum. Production lead time is 30–60 days after sample approval.
Can you supply test reports and ETL documentation?
